Transport

There is a regular bus service that travels between Bury St Edmunds and Sudbury thence to Colchester, stopping at the Bus Stop on The Green in Stanningfield.

There is no service from Bradfield Combust.

CONNECTING COMMUNITIES

 ‘Call - Book - Travel'

 In June 2016 St Edmundsbury launched a new Connecting Communities service for rural areas lacking a bus service.

By calling 01440 712028 up to a week in advance you can request transport to either connect with a bus/train link or possibly to your final destination no matter what the journey reason. The service (available to all ages) runs from 7am to 7pm, charges are in-line with bus charges (bus passes may be accepted) and all drivers are DBS checked.
